Vidya Narayanaswamy is a Senior Consultant at IPM, bringing over 12 years of experience across the life sciences industry—from early development through late-stage programs and global regulatory submissions. She holds an MS in Biotechnology and an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Management from the ULV. In addition, she has completed specialized programs in Strategic Leadership, Clinical Trial Management, AI, and Regulatory Compliance from institutions including the JHU, UPenn, University of Illinois, and Stanford. Vidya has served in multiple leadership roles, including at organizations she co-founded, and is recognized for her cross-functional expertise in driving complex initiatives across biotech and pharma pipelines.
