Nicole G. Ward is a customer-centric servant leader with 15+ years of project / program management expertise and solid track record of translating complex business requirements into simple technology solutions spanning across multiple industries (Healthcare, IT, Consumer, Pharmaceutical and Energy). Currently, she is a Senior Product Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb leading the R&D Portfolio and Resource Management IT product line. She is also a current PhD Candidate at Drexel University whose research is focused on Responsible AI in the Biopharma industry.
