Nanci Horovitz is Director of Bioethics, Policy, External Engagement, & Partnerships in the Office of the Chief Medical Officer at Johnson & Johnson (J&J). In her role, she serves as Decision Support Leader for the J&J Bioethics Committee, focusing on bioethics education, policy, & consultation activities. Nanci has been with J&J since 2005 & brings over 25 years of industry experience. Throughout her tenure at J&J, she has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility in pharmacovigilance (PV) policy & compliance, quality systems, & R&D audit & inspection management. Nanci holds a MS in Reg Affairs & QA (RAQA) from Temple & a BA in Chemistry from LaSalle, along with certificates in Global PV & process excellence.
