Dr. Ken Wiley, Jr., is the Chief of the Clinical Research Resources Section within the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, where he manages, coordinates, and provides technical and scientific leadership and guidance for activities related to the planning, implementing, and conducting NIH-supported clinical research and clinical trials, and resources to develop products to improve the recruitment and safety of participants in clinical trials by using standardized and agreed-upon metrics by various stakeholders and key informants.
