Captain Kavita Dada, Pharm.D., RAC, is the Associate Director for Regulatory Operations in the Office of Scientific Investigations, Office of Compliance, at FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. With over 20 years of regulatory experience, she leads initiatives to modernize global inspections and strengthen oversight of clinical trials for the FDA. CAPT Dada also serves as an officer in the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS) under the U.S. Surgeon General, supporting national health and safety. She earned her Pharm.D. from the University of Kentucky and maintains a pharmacy license. Through her roles at the FDA and USPHS, CAPT Dada contributes to regulatory science, clinical trial oversight, and public health with dedication.
