About me
Katharina is a biologist with an M.Sc. who has been making waves at Bayer since 2016. Starting as a CMC Manager for herbal medicinal products in Consumer Health, she transitioned in 2020 to become Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, spearheading major NPD submissions. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Ethics of Medicine, Katharina is dedicated to advancing ethical practices in healthcare. Since 2023, she has been authoring insightful white papers on access to medicines, clinical trials, and consent. Collaborating closely with Bayer’s Bioethics Office and external Council, she champions ethical decision-making across the organization.
