Gretchen leads the Patient Recruitment and Retention team at Pfizer working with a team of strategists and specialists to implement recruitment and retention programs on all Pfizer studies across therapeutic areas. Most recently Gretchen was the Head leading the Patient Recruitment and Retention group at Seagen. Prior to that she was the Head of the Patient Recruitment and Retention group at ICON and PRA.
