About me
Jeff Francer serves as Vice President, Head of Global Regulatory Policy & Strategy for Eli Lilly and Company. In this role, Jeff leads Lilly’s U.S. and international regulatory policy and research teams. Jeff has led and advised biopharmaceutical companies and policy makers for over 20 years to craft regulatory systems that best meet the needs of patients and improve public health. Prior to joining Lilly in 2023, Jeff has served as Associate Chief Counsel of the FDA, Vice President and Senior Counsel at PhRMA, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Association for Accessible Medicines.
