As a Project Manager at the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE), Taiwan, in the Division of Consultation, I manage drug consultation applications across all stages of development and review cases involving cell therapy technologies. My responsibilities include developing project plans, timelines, and supporting materials to ensure timely progress and facilitate communication. By coordinating review activities across relevant disciplines, I help ensure efficient decision-making and support regulatory processes.
