She has over 15 years of experience in healthcare and research, encompassing pharmacy practice, academia, consulting, payer, and pharmaceutical organizations. In her current role, she leads the development of real-world evidence for regulatory decision-making and collaborates on policy initiatives. Eleanor earned her PharmD and PhD in Pharmaceutical Economics, Policy, and Outcomes from the University of Arizona.
