Debra Yeskey, Pharm.D., is the Head of Regulatory Policy and Intelligence for the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI). She has been with CEPI since December 2018, and was instrumental in the creation of the Regulatory Affairs Group under COVAX that is co-led by CEPI and WHO. Prior to joining CEPI, Debra served as the Director of the Regulatory and Quality Affairs Division within the BARDA. While under her direction, numerous medical countermeasures were approved, licensed, and cleared by the FDA. Debra also served a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS) and created the Office of Regulatory Affairs at the US-CDC.
