Amber Meriwether is a global leader with 20+ years in healthcare, driving initiatives that accelerate innovation and deliver measurable impact. As Director of Corporate Strategy at Astellas Pharma, she leads cross-functional teams to develop strategic capabilities and deliver key initiatives. Prior to that, she worked in oncology research at the University of Chicago. Known for her strengths in strategic partnerships and operational excellence, her work has been recognized at the World Procurement Awards. Passionate about developing the next generation of talent and new ideas, Amber supports startups through MassBio and Golden Seeds. She holds degrees from the University of Chicago, Northwestern and University of Wisconsin, and is a lawyer.
