About me
Nell Meosky Luo is the Found & CEO of Folia Health, a patient-driven health informatics company where since 2017, she has led a team to develop novel methods for enabling the collection, analysis, and use of home-reported outcomes of patients and caregivers for precision care and research. She has presented at more than a dozen conferences on the use of the home-reported outcomes methodology to describe real-world patient-defined disease burden and therapy impact in numerous rare and complex conditions. She was the recipient of the first annual Massachusetts Women in Digital health award, was named as the governor's Digital Health Council Working Group & Independent Steering Committee, and a member of the MGH COVID-Task Force.
