About me
Matthew Robillard is a Senior Director of Strategic Medical Writing for AbbVie, based in North Chicago, IL. Matt began his career with Abbott Laboratories in 1992 in Technical Communications, and in 1996 became a Medical Writer in the Hospital Products Division. His career has progressed (as have many in Medical Writing) through an individually owned business, through CROs, and back within industry; returning to AbbVie (Abbott spin off) in 2017 to form and manage Regulatory Strategic Writing within Reg Affairs at AbbVie. He is happily married and resides in a northwest suburb of Chicago.
